Chairman Marco called the meeting to order at 7:00.
PZC2012-27 Application to Amend Special Permit & Site Plan for utilities including electrical to pavilion shed to hold irrigation well pump & concession stand at 511 River Road (Map 39 Lot 6 Zone R80) Owner/Applicant : Town of Willington (Received April17, 2012,Public Hearing May 15, 2012 decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
A Public Hearing was held on May 15, 2012.
J. Poole motioned to approve PZC2012-27 Application to Amend Special Permit & Site Plan for utilities including electrical to the pavilion and shed to hold irrigation well pump & concession stand at 511 River Road (Map 39 Lot 6 Zone R80) Owner/Applicant: Town of Willington with the following conditions:
- Title Block of Plan shall read Amended Site Development Plan.
- Plan shall show all previously approved improvements as well as current proposed electrical to the pavilion and shed.
- Plan shall include approval motions (previous and current) and signature blocks.
W. Parsell seconded the motion.
E. Standish expressed his concern on the pavilion lighting and a discussion was held. The commission is not approving any outside lighting at this time.
A vote was held and unanimously approved.
PZC2012-29 Application for 2 lot subdivision at Jared Sparks Road (Maps 32/1A Lots 37/12 Zone R80) Owners/Applicant: Rebecca M Kimbriugh & Liesa M Fawell-Sienkowski (Received April17, 2012 Public Hearing May 15, 2012 decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
A Public Hearing was held on May 5, 2012.
W. Parsell motioned to approve PZC2012-29 Application for 2 lot subdivision at Jared Sparks Road (Maps 32/1A Lots 37/12 Zone R80) Owners/Applicant: Rebecca M Kimbriugh & Liesa M Fawell-Sienkowski with the following conditions:
- Driveways (in their entirety) shall be improved pursuant to Section 4.21.03 of the Town of Willington Zoning regulations.
- Driveways shall be reviewed and approved by the fire department pursuant to Section 4.21.07 of the Town of Willington Zoning regulations.
E. Standish seconded the motion. A vote was held and unanimously approved.
Minutes
J. Poole motioned to approve the minutes of May 15, 2012. E. Standish seconded the motion. All in favor.
Correspondence
- Emergency Incident Report regarding a diesel spill at 350 Ruby Road.
- Emergency Incident Report regarding a petroleum spill at Rte. 74 & Cekar Rd.
- Revised PZC 2012 Schedule with the meeting time change from 7:30 to 7:00.
- Complaint on the apartment lights on Pinney Hill shining on surrounding properties.
P. Nevers arrived at 7:11.
